Bad experience 3X. Walked in at 3pm on a Thursday, lady says no drug screenings after 2:30pm. Next day, had an appointment for 2:00pm was few min late due to traffic. Got there and said not accepting anyone after 2:00pm. Even showing had an appointment and have a time span of 15 min max for being late. The lady was very rude. Been here a few times and it's always fast and easy. I typically make an appt a few days ahead of time for a Saturday. This past Saturday I checked in on my phone when I pulled into the parking lot and they called my name the minute I walked in the door...didnt even wait for one second! The tech wasn't overly friendly but she was professional and quick. I'm not a hard stick and have no issues with needles so I'm low maintenance. I was back out the door headed to my car in 5 minutes. I had an appointment and the check in machine thing could not find me also that check in this is very bad. My friend was there hour before me and thought he checked in, after waiting an hour they said he was not checked so he left. Very nice and friendly lady that took my blood. Next time I will go to the hospital or Bright lights for text. Many were so upset in the waiting room.

Check in Kiosk is not intuitive for some use cases and staff gets angry when u try to ask a simple question…. Door is always locked… I had to wait 15 minutes to pickup a specimen kit

Very unprofessional and rude workers. You will wait hours for your testing to get done. Multiple workers and a room full of guests in the waiting room. I waited hours and then they told me to leave once 15 minutes before, I was not able to get my blood test. They ignored us towards the end of the time and stopped serving and taking guests before 12 pm. The worker yelled at us and said they aren’t taking anymore people and it was not even closing time.
