Test results seem rediculous regard some of the tests I took on the 18th. FASTING:YES PATIENT REFUSED SOME TESTING; PATIENT ENCOURAGED TO RETURN. FASTING: YES Thyroid Stimulating Hormone View trends Normal range: 0.40 - 4.50 mIU/L Not happy with the format of the results. Mychart does a much better presentation of the results.

The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. The lobby was clean. It was frustrating that I showed up at 7:30 am. There was only one other person. Neither of us were seen until 7:50 am. When a company posts their opening time as 7:30 am, I expect them to be able to see patients at opening. Instead, the phlebotomist had to process all the registration paperwork.
