The online presence is their main drawback, I was told no appts after making one, twice and then that nothing was available. When I walked in, I was taken almost immediately and the service was great. But I have complained about trying to make appts online for 2 years now and it never gets rectified...very frustrating and with a large company, can they not afford a little I-T help to make it work for folks?
Phlebotomist left the tournequet on too long and caused my red blood cells to burst. Now I have to retest. Such a waste of my time.
I'm a liver transplant patient and I get my weekly blood tests here. They treat me very well.
Those who have left negative reviews are not really complaining about this facility, they're complaining about the company Quest and it's practices/policies regarding appointment... That being said, the staff here are kind and helpful while trying to get done a large volume of people. I've been a walk-in several times and have never had to wait an unrealistic amount of time. The only thing I would say is that unfortunately whoever the cleaning staff is for these buildings does not clean the lobby lights and window frame well... read more
