I have had very good experiences with Quest and have found staff to be professional.
the phlebotomist looks young but I feel she has probably 50 years of experience! She is extremely skillful-quick, minimal pain and most importantly, no bruising afterwards.
The check in process was simple and efficient. The staff was extremely helpfull and efficient too. Great experience ! Was in and out within 20 minutes.
The online presence is their main drawback, I was told no appts after making one, twice and then that nothing was available. When I walked in, I was taken almost immediately and the service was great. But I have complained about trying to make appts online for 2 years now and it never gets rectified...very frustrating and with a large company, can they not afford a little I-T help to make it work for folks?
