Mona, who drew my blood, had a terrible attitude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She falsely claimed that I had to pay the co-payment with my credit card before the bloodwork could be done. So I explained that I am always billed afterward, but she insisted, pressured me, and humiliated me for not making a payment upfront. Only after contacting the supervisor did she proceed with the bloodwork, When I asked her for documentation of the tests performed, she refused to provide it as well.
