Quick and fast service and the nurse was great. I like this location.
Mona, who drew my blood, had a terrible attitude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She falsely claimed that I had to pay the co-payment with my credit card before the bloodwork could be done. So I explained that I am always billed afterward, but she insisted, pressured me, and humiliated me for not making a payment upfront. Only after contacting the supervisor did she proceed with the bloodwork, When I asked her for documentation of the tests performed, she refused to provide it as well. Mona is wonderful. She is able to find my difficult vein the first time, each time. I don’t even feel it.
Clean, friendly, punctual, and extremely proficient. This is a great place to get your blood drawn. Always painless.
