Check in is easy, I have never waited long and all staff I have encountered are kind, courteous and professional

Joy at the downtown Orlando Lucerne Terrace location was awesome. Polite, professional, painless and got seen before my scheduled appointment time. Waiting room was clean and tidy.
They need a receptionist considering it's a medical service that's billing high prices and the elderly don't do well with those ridiculous kiosks. The people that are working there are clearly annoyed and treat you with nothing but contempt if you ask any question at all. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Just awful service with very thick attitude. Wait times are very long even with an appointment. I would recommend going anywhere else unless you enjoy being treated with complete contempt.
