Horrible setting to wait. Appointment was 40 minutes later then time booked. A awful meat market version of healthcare.
just left quest this afternoon 7/2 where I dropped off my urine sample. (had 24 hours to return container after a blood test yesterday. was told by my quest employee yesterday (her young child shares my 3/3 birthday) that I didn't need appointment to drop off urine today. Quest closed tomorrow, Friday, for July 4th weekend so had to drop off by 4 p.m. closing. I have had blood work at a couple different Quest centers, and this one was the most efficient and easiest in/out.
Came is in a walk in and waited over an hour, a couple came in after me as walk ins and was taken shortly after and before me. I never left the waiting area and was first in line per the tv they tell you to keep an eye on. I spoke to the next lady that came to the door, told them I’d been waiting for an hour and asked why was the couple taken before me? She lied and stated they had appointments.
