I waited for over an hour for an appointment i made, not a walk in. The lobby had 12 people waiting. No staff made any sort of apology or announcement we just sat and waited It’s also impossible to find so arrive early or don’t go at all!
Very rude staff!
Kiosks barely working. Automated phone line is useless tells you no appointments available when there are plenty. Try to avoid this location dirty building
Perfectly fine place to have blood taken. Just make sure you walk in the front entrance, and go up the stairs. The office is very fairly easy to locate.
