The two other women and I in the waiting room were all unhappy with our treatment here. I tried asking for help from the person behind the counter multiple times and they ignored me. I had to wait to ask my question quickly until they took a patient to the back. To drop off a specimen they made me wait a very long time. I’m not sure why they have people wait who are just trying to drop off a sample, it makes no sense to me. They were very rude and unhelpful. I did not have a good experience here.
This was the worst medical appointment of my life. A man in his fifties took care of me. I didn’t have the prescription, so I had to send it to him by email.He told me to wait for hours because he “didn’t have the time”.He was very mean to me, even though I don’t know how to speak English. Incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by male technician on the evening of January 13, 2026. He claimed the order did not have the appropriate information, without properly reviewing the materials, and, instead, chose to yell at the patient and refuse service.
Absolutely awful experience. Everything is robotic from scheduling the appointment, to checking in, to even being told it was my turn. There was little to no communication, and the entire process was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. What should have been simple turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location. Left work early as well.
Terrible experience. My blood draw felt unpleasant and disorganized. In my experience, the man who drew my blood did not meet my expectations for a healthcare setting. The draw was painful, and I ended up with a large bruise afterward.
