I was a little nervous about coming here because I had seen some concerning reviews, but my experience was actually very positive. The lady who drew my blood was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The blood draw itself went smoothly, but afterward I suddenly started feeling very unwell, which had never happened to me before. She immediately stayed by my side and did everything she could to help me feel better. She was genuinely so caring and attentive throughout the whole experience.
Showed up for appointment and no one was there. I had work and could not wait past 30 min.
I’ve always had a great experience here! I usually make appointments for first thing in the morning and find that there is little to no wait time then. My phlebotomist today, Aquinta, was lovely - I can sometimes get a bit lightheaded with blood draws, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and feeling ok before leaving (this does take a bit more time, so apologies to the folks after me in the waiting room, but also keep in mind that sometimes the long waits here are due to tricky patients like myself a... read more
Aquinta was fantastic. I was really nervous because people always have a hard time finding my veins. She was very hygienic and explained every step to me. Found my vein on the first try. She was so kind, patient, and seemed like such a lovely person. Thank you, Aquinta for taking care of me. Bless you. 🫂💛
Quest's "By appointment only" system is abomination! Cannot have a blood test immidiatly after doctors appointment? - have to drive another day? - Have to boik in advance? - And it took 21 min waiting past the apointment time to get in the lab!
