This location texts you the wrong address so you'll miss your appointment. I had an appointment set for 10:10 this morning. After fasting, I check my messages this morning and they have texted me the address of the location on Tropicana. There is no way for a patient to call Quest, so I figured they had a staff shortage and moved my appointment. When I get to Tropicana, they have no idea who I am. My mom came in for her 10 o’clock appointment she went into room 8 with a lady doesn’t know her name, she was very rude took 8 vials threw them all the way because she said that they weren’t filled up enough then my mom continued to ask for her paperwork and she said no. She was very rude to my mom insisting urine sample paper and my mom said there’s two pages of blood work there with it on it, and she catched an attitude saying I didn’t see that.

Phlebotomist did not greet, make eye contact or introduce herself. She appeared unkempt. She quoted me several different dollar amounts for a test that is covered by my insurance. Very strange. I called my insurance company and verified that the test is covered as it always had been but paid out of pocket just to get it done. The worst part was the actual draw.
