The lady who drew my blood had to fish for my vain, well I was looking at it she didn't even stick the needle close to my vain she had to push the needle in deeper and move it around till she found my vain. Extremely unprofessional
am writing to express my concern about my experience during my visit to Quest Diagnostics at Lake Mead Pkwy yesterday for blood work. The employee who assisted me, whose name I believe is Serena or Serinda, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my appointment. She repeatedly spoke to me in a raised voice, making me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. My tech was phenomenal! She graduated from a high school in Las Vegas and was professional, courteous, expeditious, and friendly!
