Appointment on 10/10, apparently they double booked due to system error. Had to wait 40 mins. Once in, they tell me my kid had too many tests assigned (too much blood would be taken). Since doctor did not listed a priority of which tests to do first, they send me out with zero tests done. Tried to explain that refusing to take any sample was way worse that not following whatever priority doctor had in mind (if any), but no way to get that concept across. Wasted AM, blood tests delayed.

I had a wonderful experience here today! I brought my 15-month-old baby in for a blood test. Since he has chubby little arms and his veins are barely visible, I was worried it would be difficult to draw his blood. To my surprise, the technician got it on the very first try! I’ve been to other labs where even adults sometimes need two or three attempts, so I was really impressed. The staff was clearly skilled, experienced, and professional. Visit on 9/30/26- dealing with a very serious and stressful health issue. Eyelid was biopsied and these bloods were needed for diagnosis. The phlebotomist insisted that the test for TB wasn't ordered correctly. She tried to contact the medical office. I started writing an email as the MA there is very helpful. After the phlebotomist held on about 10 minutes, not 15 as she told me, I then wrote my email in hopes that the medical assistant would read it and call me, as requested, to get the so called corrected code.
