Serene was the girl that did my blood work and I was amazed of her work, usually they have a hard time finding my vane, she did find in the first attempt and I did not feel the needle at all going into my arm , she amazing . Great job Serene. This the West Lake Mead Location.
They take forever. They should not have an open standby list if they are not going to call anyone off of it. When you sign up for the standby list it says 30-60 min wait. Ive been sitting here for two hours, it was only 3 people in the waiting area. The Tech then comes and says we haven't called you because we are taking appointments first. We'll why is there a standby list saying there is a 30-60 min wait???
Scheduling is easy, check in was easy. Lots of appointments but clients steadily called back. I got in as scheduled and the person drawing my blood was great!
