RecommendedI have never had to wait over 10 minutes and I've had a lot of labs.
This PSC is slow. With an appointment last time waited 45 mins. Today I was dropping off a urine sample and the board said 63 mins. I didn't think I'd need an appointment to drop off a bottle of pee. Use the clock tower location, they are efficient and well run.
Just because you are a walk in you should not have to wait over 3 plus hours. Terrible for the customers and staff. Came in before and was not treated like I have been today. Sending a letter to their corporate office. Not that they care but I do.
