They do not provide staff with proper equipment. What lab set-up doesn't have butterflies? I was stabbed 4x and she couldn't get blood to get any results. I am a person who hydrates 60oz of water daily and I have never had issues with blood draws in the past. I've been praised for my "easy veins." Nope. Never coming back. Angela told me to come back when she's re-stocked. Yeah no thanks.
Terrible. The first time I went the lady taking my blood destroyed my arm. I had to have her switch half way through because it hurt so much. I’ve never had a blood draw that was like that my arm was bruised for two weeks. Second time, she couldn’t get her computer to work so I have to make another appointment.
I had a terrible experience getting my blood drawn with Angela. First off she couldn’t find one of my orders even though I could see it just fine in my quest portal. Luckily I had a copy of the order and was able to send it to her right away for her to re-scan in. This process took a while and eventually she grabbed the vials to draw my blood. Unexpectedly bad blood draw experience. It seemed like one attempt, but when I got home I noticed two puncture points, and I’ve had significant bruising—my vein is still purple days later. This has never happened to me before. I had bloodwork here about a year ago and the experience was much better. I’m willing to give this location one more try, but if this happens again I’ll go elsewhere for future blood tests.
Had to do a blood draw. At the Safeway on Cornell. I think her name was Angela? Hope i remember right. She was very friendly and got my draw first stab. She was great.
