I had an unexpectedly bad experience getting my blood drawn at this location. It looked like there was only one attempt, but when I got home, I noticed two puncture marks and significant bruising on my arm. Angela was very rude, and I wasn't confident that she knew what she was doing. I was unsure of what tests would be best for me upon initially looking but the website information was very helpful and I went with the Elite Health Panel. After purchasing, I was able to schedule a same day appointment, was called right at my appointment time and out of there in 10 minutes!
Angela was kind, made easy conversation, and is always willing to get me in as a standby.
RUN away as fast as you can. The facility is located in a hole in the wall inside Safeway. Safeway has no signage on their building indicating a Quest is inside. You have to go way to the back and around a corner to find the door. No reason to be on time. I arrived timely and waited 35 minutes. When called back I sat in the chair, Angela had a way too long conversation with someone in the lobby about how they don’t perform drug testing. People, please be nice and patient with your phlebotomist. She is the only one there. Angela was very kind and the poke was painless. Only had to wait 20 min as a walk-in. Quick process overall.
