I recently visited a facility to drop off a sample, and upon arrival, I was unsure of the protocol due to the lack of clear instructions or signage. The staff's demeanor was inconsistent, ranging from friendly to dismissive and rude. I was initially ignored when I asked for guidance, and subsequent attempts to seek clarification were met with annoyance. The location is incorrect on google maps - it is located in building 3, floor four. The wait wasn’t long at all. Karla was super friendly and speedy.
I’m a very tough stick due to genetics, and George was flawless. I highly recommend George.
Always quick and easy. Dottie was really great and had awesome bedside manner! Very rare in medicine these days!
