Walked in with plenty of time to be seen and was turned away for a drug screen. I was here for blood work and wasn't even allowed to state that. Why waste money to keep a place open that refuses services and send you up to Albuquerque anyways. I would have rather gave 0 stars than 1 just like the chick inside gave me 0 opportunity to complete my business.
Still think it's deplorable that there is only one phlebotomist for such a busy location. Lady is nice, but a walk-in who arrived at 7 a.m. was still there when I left - hope he wasn't fasting. Also, the tape to cover the cotton is too adhesive for aged skin. Bring your own bandaid!
Patty is a phenomenal team member; it was an easy and seamless process to get a very important test done with this Quest clinic.
Wait time was good. Phlebotomist was professional and was quick.
