Extremely rude. Says it closes at 3:30 but they do not do anything after 3:10.
The Valparaiso staff was lazy and didn't want to enter in the system a order written 5 times. They all were ignorant and didn't know the proper codes for tests. You should know how to do your job, if you can't do simple tasks like entering in codes for testing, even if its a test you don't see often, then you shouldn't be working there. They also made me cry and lacked any empathy.

At The valparaiso location I never have to wait. Everyone is kind, courteous, professional & draws my blood with no problems. The facility is always clean & pleasant in appearance.
