I had an appointment today at 12:10. I arrived and registered on the kiosk by 11:49. It gives you the option to wait in your car and they'll text you when they're ready. Great. Super. I chose this option because the waiting room was packed. So at 12:10 I receive the text saying to come inside and have a seat, no need to re-register and they'd call me shortly.
