Easy process. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. An overall good experience!
Do ever not come as a walk in here. Poor customer service, I waited 2 hours as a stand-by walk in appointment and I was displayed on the screen as a stand by for reference. After about 2 hours they took my name down and were calling names of the stand by list that were behind me. So I got up and shared my issue with a staff member before I left out the door. Completely disorganized, non-working check-in kiosks, overfilled parking, abrasive employees - horrible experience!
Was horrible, she was very rough, stabbed my right arm missed the vein by over an inch. Hit the vein on left arm but again very rough leaving bruises lasting 4 days in each arm
