Easy process. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. An overall good experience!
Do ever not come as a walk in here. Poor customer service, I waited 2 hours as a stand-by walk in appointment and I was displayed on the screen as a stand by for reference. After about 2 hours they took my name down and were calling names of the stand by list that were behind me. So I got up and shared my issue with a staff member before I left out the door.
