I had a very good experience at my last visit. The contact was prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend to reserve your appointment ahead of time. The Quest application is a Godsend. Very well designed and user friendly, it encompasses all the options a patient might need. A++

Very sick son missed his appointment for a quick, but critical, specimen drop off. I showed up about 20 minutes late to drop off for him at 3pm and I was #3 and then said they could not take me because they no longer take walk ins after 330p. I understand they have to set boundaries but this was a timed specimen. They referred me to the hospital but I needed the order and they refused to print it out for me. I will never use this location again. The Freedom, CA location was awesome. The staff there are amazing.
The admin side of Quest (making an appointment and the login process at the lab) are really first class; much better than sitting in a room full of coughing people for an undetermined amount of time at PAMF. Unfortunately the phlebotomist has blown through the vein and left a significant hematoma at the draw site on two of the three times I've used Quest. I'm going to try to not use them in the future.
