My phlebotomy was excellent!
Very easy to schedule appointments online. Communication via text is extremely convenient. The ability to checking from my phone is also a great convenience. The phlebotomists are all very nice, efficient, and good at their jobs. I have seen 4 different people there and all are great.
WEB SITE IS HORRIBLE. PHONES CALLS GO IGNORED
I was surprised at how easy & quick the process went, especially once I entered the room devoid of human helpers, only human patients;-), and had to check in via a machine! Then I was quickly called by a real human who was very kind and professional when taking my blood! I was in and out of there in under 30-minutes. Yay!
