Don't do a walk in, they will make you wait as long as possible. LabCorp is massively better if you have the option
The staff was great once I got there; however it was extremely frustrating to not be able to reach a person anywhere by phone to verify my orders were received. We had to drive 40 minutes to find out in person. It’s horrible to not be able to talk with someone! You just refer us to a website and no way to verify my orders were received. Horrible experience, I was told you could do a walk in, signed up. And even when their was a slot of no appointments they ignored me and took appointments early also let at least 6 people make appointments for the same time slot. I was there before anyone. They should tell you that they take walk ins but they strongly recommend an appointment cause you run the risk of not being seen at at all as a walk in cause your pushed aside indefinitely.
Bad—very bad. This laboratory is constantly busy. I had an appointment in advance. I had been waiting a whole week for this test, and when I finally showed up, the phlebotomist told me that there were absolutely no orders for me in the system... But she lie brazenly deceived me!
