I had booked an appointment online and I was seen within eight minutes of my arrival time. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous and it’s been a good experience over the past few years.

Haven't been there yet but took me almost 40 minutes to make appointment because of a speech impairment since they use low rate automated system. There is no way to contact anyone if you need more information than VERY limited recording gives you. There is no way to check if they provide specific services, have age limits for the patients or able to provide services for people with certain disabilities. Came in with an appointment printed out my confirmed appointment come in to check in and they couldn’t find my appointment which was at 11 I told them about it told me to check in as a standby waitied two n half hours..I usually go to lab corp but my doctor sent me here never again this place is horrible

Horrible welcoming! My appointment was supposed to be at 5:40 am in the morning but surprise! They let us wait outside and when they open the door one of the ladies told everyone, we were like at least ten patients, I don’t know why you keep making appointments at that time; we open at 6:00 am. Like, patients know that!

I’ve been visiting Quest Diagnostics in various cities for quite some time now, and the service has been consistently great. While it does take a bit of time for them to load the necessary tests into the computer system, other than that, the overall experience has been nothing short of excellent.
