I arrived on time and before I got of the car I sign in on the mobile text I received. That took less than a minute and I walked in then sat down for two minutes before I was called. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who took my blood painlessly. Overall I had a great experience.
I was very impressed with location, high-tech kiosk, the phlebotomist Brina was excellent, and the fact that the results flowed seamlessly into the WellSpan Epic system was so unexpected and helpful.
Great experience. Little ones autistic and is hard to get blood work and they did great. Came on a saturday as a walk in with a little wait but they fit us in. Excellent
Easy to schedule appointments. Fast, professional service from the Tech’s.
Great to schedule your appointments well ahead of time if you can. Walker Ave location is easy access depending on where you live. A Shippensburg location would be of value. The technician on 7.12.25 was excellent as are most of the staff. I am shocked to see only 1 person on duty at times. Not safe. Besides location, the only real complaint is if you have a service in dispute with your insurance company, QUEST will REQUIRE you to pay for any additional services that come thereafter.
