I've been to this location several times. The lady in the morning is always nice and professional. Do they get busy sometimes?....of course they do, like anywhere else. (you can make an appointment online, that speeds things up)

I have blood work done on a regular basis, other places seem to always have problems drawing blood, Quest staff does a great job.

The woman that worked there was extremely rude! I would like to explain everything we experienced in the 20 mins we were there, but I don't want to write 10 paragraphs full of information.. just know, the woman hates her job and people!

One of the ladies was really pushy and rude when my Boyfriend couldn’t go to the bathroom. She was knocking really hard on the door asking if he went yet. He had to come back again and reschedule and had to go so bad but he didn’t have the number so she told him to come back the next day and ignored us even though he had to go. Didn’t even offer him to use the bathroom and the place was empty.

My sweetheart and I both had a good experience. The woman we had was a substitute for the day and turned out to be excellent. We were each very pleased with how PAINLESS our blood draw was. Often times in the past (in other states and locations) when the nurse would insert a needle for a blood draw, it would hurt, but this particular person was great - no pain. It takes a special skill to be able to insert a needle without hurting the patient, and she had it.
