I have been to this facility a handful of times and each time I feel like just a number. There is a very cold/ revolving door feeling I get from the staff. There is no bed side manner nor do they take any extra time to explain things to you. Also, you should not allow a person to schedule an appointment for a certain type of blood draw after 3PM if the facility closes at 4 because the staff will be very upset with you and refuse to do it, even though you made an appointment specific for that.
One of the best laboratories
The person who took care of me was kind and courteous. I've been coming here for years and it's always clean and the employees are pleasant and I normally get my results 1-3 days.
It was the first time I went to this location and it was a good experience. The check in was easy and my appointment was right on time. The technician who drew my blood did it quick and without pain. I would definitely go back to this location.
