Are you walked in and you had a monitor that you had to register yourself? The only drawback is that if you don't make an appointment in advance, they assign you a specific time. Additionally, sometimes people with appointments arrive late and still end up being seen before you.
I had to want an hour for an appointment because I didn’t know I was supposed do it online and I did it at the kiosk DONT DOIT DO IT ON ONLINE I WAS STUCK THERE FOR 1 and haft hours
I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME CONTINUE, BUT THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to this business. I walked in with my son, signed him in by 3:50. My son’s name was on the waiting list on the board. This rude lady comes out and tells me that she will not see me today- that I will have to come back tomorrow because I did not have an appointment. They are very efficient and the wait wasn't longer then 10 mins
I’m very disappointed with the quality of customer care and service at this location. I have brought my daughter here previously and they did the wrong test. It had to be redone. I went there for a test this morning- I saw online it said walk in only on Saturdays. When I got there I was not greeted with empathy for making the drive and the confusion of the website.
