I went there for blood work and the lady that was nice that gave me the blood work but her assistant was so spiteful saying nagitive things about me she was terrible
HORRIBLE the safety process was nonexistent exposed blood and urine samples on the counter, no tops and plastic cups were used instead of sterile containers Unacceptable...
Horrible service and rude staff at the Oak Lawn Quest Lab. I was 2 minutes late to a scheduled appointment for a 91 year old woman in a wheelchair who was in urgent need of labs and they refused to see her. I explained that I drove an hour to get there and that it takes me a while to get her in and out of her wheelchair and they had no respect or sympathy they rudely refused services for being two minutes late!
Was required by my health insurance to get a screening from Quest Diagnostics. Went to this location because it was the most convenient. Check-in was easy and service was prompt. The main issue is with the nurse/tech who smelled strongly of beer. She left a massive bruise on my arm from the blood draw. Still hurts. Will most likely leave a scar. I can't believe you let employees show up in that condition to do medical testing. I would receive a reprimand at my job and get sent home.
I did preregistration, on my arrival it was a short 5 minute wait. Was greeted by name and everyone was welcoming, greeting with kindness. My tech Brianna(hope name spelled correctly), was super. Usually there is difficulty finding a good vein at my doctors offices, however Brianna has very exact and on target. No fear, felt comfortable and she was kind and accomplished. On leaving, I received the kindness from all the staff. This location is highly recommended. Grateful and pleased. Lorenzo Clemons
