Very clean, courteous, and professional 👌
Absolutely terrible! One person in there--an Asian female. She complained about everything: --my doctor's handwriting --that "corporate" made the rules (such as appointmenrs only) --that they were short-staffed I asked her to forward a copy of my results to my primary doctor in the Bay Area. Like taking me without an appointment, this was a big deal. (Always done as a matter of course any time I've had labs). Everything was an imposition. She was doing me a big favor.
