Why do they always have attitude???
This is a place you don’t want to go to . Jasmin is very unprofessional and this staff sucks at being nice . I have a very important tests and they scheduled the appointment at 11:20am I showed up at 11:10am and they told me it closed at 11:30am . Very disappointed with the outcome. Please take the time to drive to Oceanside for a test.
Jackie is an absolutely phenomenal Phlebotomist! Other quest staff at other locations have such a difficult time finding my vein and she finds it immediately and I’m in and out so fast. I said my only complaint is I don’t have time to hang out with them, they are such a fun group of ladies, smiling and so encouraging and welcoming. They are so efficient and the only time I have to wait is when I am not able to first make an appointment (if that’s you, know you’ll wait hours.
