Great technician and going online process is worth your time for speedy process. Patient kiosk screen is great in informing you on wait time.
This is the best location to go in MD! The staff is great, friendly and professional! I won't go anywhere else, and this isn't the closest location to my home, but it is the best! I can't say enough great things about this location and the wonderful technician who maintains and administers the care here. The tech we had yesterday August 13th, around 3pm, was amazing ( my biggest regret is not remembering her name). My children were very stressed and anxious, but she made them feel so comfortable, she helped them to relax and find peace. She was very patient, gentle and professional. Yesterday was quite busy when we arrived, yet she served everyone there with patience and care. It really was a great experience. Thank you for your tech, she was amazing.
Very dissapointing and inconveniet to travel to Greenbelt when Quest on Bowie is closed with no explanation. Only one person in Greenbelt working alone. Through the busyness her attitude was very professional and pleasant.n
