I knew it was a no go when I walked in and the lobby reeked of urine on the floors. Subsequently not following my intuition I won stupid prizes the phlebotomist was incapable of drawing blood from my arm and bruised me terribly painful for weeks see picture taken this was April 30th 2023.
Excellent location in Greenbelt, fast & courteous service.
The technician was efficient and very pleasant. She greeted me immediately upon arrival and once checked in, she promptly ushered me to the back and thoroughly explained everything she was doing. I informed her that sometimes finding a vein can be a challenge. She was not deterred and was absolutely professional even when the first attempt failed. She was so nice.
