This place is so unprofessional, I arrived there and handed my paper work with all lab test I had to do. First , they don’t input what was on my paper work. I was the one telling them what to do. I come back and 3 days later, I realize these people didn’t take samples for a whole 5 other test. Like, is the paper work there for decoration or what? Now I have to go back there. This would be the 4th time just to collect samples. Quest employees are very incompetent: the first quest employee couldn’t draw blood after 5 tries. Ha... read more

Polite, patient and friendly staff
The woman who collected my blood was friendly, efficient, and very fast. I appreciated her pleasant manner, competence, and efficiency.
On Wednesday February 18th, 2026 at approximately 11am I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. The female Technician who helped me was very professional and friendly. She took my blood with no pain and provided with information to look up my results on line.
