Office staff is extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and caring. Not sure anyone could have a higher expectation. The only drawback is that the office is in a location that takes a little work to locate.
I knew it was a no go when I walked in and the lobby reeked of urine on the floors. Subsequently not following my intuition I won stupid prizes the phlebotomist was incapable of drawing blood from my arm and bruised me terribly painful for weeks see picture taken this was April 30th 2023.
