The lady who took my son blood today , very unprofessional . She even didn’t finish the blood work , she put the niddle in the wrong vine and she called the nurse she came after a minute,,, my son was crying too much and very hard to see that!! My son hand was soiling . Don’t take your kids there, they don’t know how to do , very irresponsible and unprofessional staff here,,, you should go learn first and do your job properly.

Arrived at 12:53pm for a 1pm appointment time to find the door locked. Rather than stand outside in 40° weather, went to my car for 10 minutes. Came back at 1:03pm to find several people in the waiting room. Checked in at the kiosk and chose the option to wait in the car and get a text when they were ready for me. 30 minutes later, received the text, went in and waited another 30 minutes (with people coughing). Left at 2pm without being seen. This is an assembly line factory prioritizing profit over patient health.
