Don’t come here. Literally go anywhere else. I sat in the lab draw room for 30 minutes in dead silence while the tech input my orders into the computer. DO NOT USE Quest! If I could give zero stars, I would. Our doc sent the orders to Quest, so we were stuck. Two visits: both visits by appointment, neither time was the appointment honored. First time 30 minutes late; second time 50 minutes late. They did not apologize for being 50 minutes late, in fact they did not acknowledge it in any way. My phlebotomist, Mia, was amazing; she gave me a flawless blood draw. Will return for future blood labs.
Do not come here. No one at the front desk (automated check in but zero support). Rude, inexperienced staff hiding in the back room. Appts are least 45m delayed and they’re unable to estimate the wait time.
