Drove an hour to get my blood drawn. My doctor told me to fast for 8 hours, these folks turned me away and said I had to fast for a minimum of 12 and refused to draw my blood. It was towards the end of the day so I think they just wanted to go home.
They do not deserve one star! I'm giving one star because there is no zero!!
Charles was so amazing and patient with me and an all around cool guy. I have to get blood drawn often and this was the best experience I’ve had anywhere.
Way too much cost cutting. Harried employees because they have to push too many people through. No stretchy bandage tape - just gauze pad and two jaggedly torn pieces of paper tape. The tech used such a large needle that the tape didn’t provide enough pressure and I bled through the gauze and tape. No one to help if there is a problem with the automated check in process. Waited two hours was not able to do my test there, staff was rude, would not let me use the restroom and refused to give me a pair of gloves for a take home kit. Overall an upsetting experience.
