no front desk staff. Tried to check in as a walk in to see if I could be seen before my 9:20 appointment. Nobody was at clinic because a staff member called out. Clinic is hot and miserable .
Walking in the door, so around the other patients, the first associate said ‘this is for a drug test right’? Um no, but thanks for judging my appearance (tattoos). And thanks for asking PPI (personal protective information) in a public space. Other issue, seem to find it much easier to say they do not have an order on file than do the bloodwork. Not great at drawing blood
Went for a routine blood draw 2 days ago and am currently experiencing a ton of bruising from an inexperienced technician.
What the other reviews say - they don’t say hello when you walk in you’ll be completely ignored. Despite an empty waiting room I wasn’t seen until 35 minutes after my appointment and the woman was incredibly rude. Go anywhere else if you can.
