I’ve literally been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting for an appointment. No one comes to the front desk. This place is not ran well.
Wait time is forever despite I have an appointment. No WiFi ( it is everywhere nowadays). Poor and slow service. The place at Anderson lane is much better and faster
Melly was so kind! I told her I get nervous with needles but she was able to make the process super quick. She let me sit for a bit and ensured I was fully capable of driving before I got up from the chair. I also like that you’re able to check in while you’re on the way. I only waited for about 10 mins. This was a great experience!
The phlebotomists always know what they're doing, and it's clean and well run.
Waited 2 hours before someone sitting at a desk tells me me they have no intention of honoring walk in appointments in general and wouldn’t get in without an appointment.
