No communications, the staff makes up excuses about walk-ins. Moving the goal post when you explain to them that you were here and checked in before 2:30pm.
Recently had labs drawn at this location and it couldn’t have been easier. Wanted to leave a review because I saw a lot of negative reviews ahead of time and was worried about having a bad experience. My doctor wrote my orders specifically for Quest though, and this location was the closest so I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! They lost my sample and billed me anyways. Less than worthless.
At both locations I have been to the phlebotomists only used gauze and a tape to stop bleeding (ie no pressure bandage) AND I consistently end up with gigantic bruises from these blood draws. I use Quest because it is covered by insurance and has great locations, but I am looking into switching labs.
Easy, fast and efficient! Very helpful phlebotomist!
