My phlebotomist, Laura (Rm# 6), was amazing. I get nervous to have blood drawn and she made me feel comfortable and used a butterfly needle to make it less painful for me. I even went back to see her for a second drawing that I needed, and she was absolutely wonderful again. She is my new phlebotomist whenever I go to that center.
Never pick to wait. Always schedule. Even then can't hold to that. 2 hours +. Think I need to pick a different testing co. Barley if ADA compliant. If that. Tiny office.
