Walked in made an appointment on the computer system in the lobby for the 11:30 AM appointment.It told me that appointment was no longer available and they would put me on Standby. I scanned all of my Id's and insurance but then someone came from behind the counter and said I need to do everything again and themat they were booked. Why would I do this all again through the computer in the lobby if they are booked?I will just go somewhere else. Why put me through this circle of nonsense?
