I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. The staff were unprofessional — when I checked in, they were busy talking about taking time off instead of assisting patients. When it was my turn, they asked for my insurance ID even though I already had a referral from the hospital, which clearly included all insurance details. Having bloodwork usually isn't fun, but Quest in Quincy makes it so easy. Staff is always friendly, helpful, skilled and efficient. Maybe a little pinch, barely noticed, and their safety protocols are sound. And always a fun conversation to strike up with a stranger! Highly recommended.
I had some issues with the system while I was there and the person heping was very kind and helpful through the whole process. She asked if i was doing alright while I was getting my blood drawn since I had a lot of vials and it made me feel very safe.

Absolute terrible incompetent service. I paid for $130 bloodwork with them, they clearly instructed me to come within hours without an appointment. I paid a 25 dollar uber to get there within the timeframe and a 25 dollar uber back. I’ve done this before in the past with them and it’s always been smooth. Ichadeejah and Palette were extremely rude, condescending, clearly had no idea what was going on and essentially told me to get lost without an appointment.
