So I show up for my appointment at Quest Diagnostics - you know, the place that’s all about precision, timing, science, the human body, yadda yadda yadda. My appointment is at 8:40 AM. They finally call me back at 9:05. Twenty-five minutes! You could hard-boil an egg twice in that time! And the guy collecting my urine sample? Well he wasn't interested. Quick service even as a walk in
Now I know why the rating is bad and how does it impact me. After checking in and waiting for an hour, they don't call us. Everyone just care about their stuff, don't listen or understand. Leaving now to different place.
Came in at 12:50 (closed at 1) for a urine test a few days ago. I was turned away because it was too close to closing time. I was the only person there. Then I go to abother location for the same procedure today, and it took under 10 minutes. After being turned away by this location I had to reschedule my meeting with my psychiatrist, for a medication I desperately need. Thanks.
Arrive 10 minutes early. They’re 15 minutes late. The lady couldn’t even get my blood drawn not personable. Waste of time. Will never return to quest diagnostics ever again.!
