Had an 8:30a appointment and was called in at 8:31a. Finished at 8:45a. The lobby was clean with many chairs to spread out from other patients. The touch check-in monitor worked as expected and there is a large screen TV that shows the updated wait list, so it’s transparent where you fall. Included a blood draw with many vials and a urine specimen. All was smooth and easy. The blood draw was painless.
Was told by my company to go here to get my DOT physical. Went in and there is only check-in via tablet - no one to talk to. So I input my info and why I was there, then given an appointment. I decided to wait the two hours in their chairs. A nurse opened the door and called a patient's name to go back. This happened twice before I could ask my question. I said, "Are y'all doing DOT physicals today?" She said, "We don't do those here." The AC was also out in the waiting room, so there were two portable ACs, but only one was ... read more
