I wanted to scheduled an appointment but never got it scheduled. I don't if it's the weekend or what.
The tech, Jessica was super nice, professional, yet made me feel relaxed. She called me back when the kiosk wouldn't let me book. I'm not a big fan of needles, but she did it with such ease and swiftness, all while talking to me so I wasn't so focused on the needle.
The 3430 Wheatland location is a joke, outside of one provider (she had blonde braids and freckles, my apologies didnt get her name but I think its Janice). Just like other individuals in this Google Review, the address is listed incorrectly. It's not at the location that is given from their referrals or Google. We arrived early but because of the irresponsible listing of the location we had to travel to a different building and was late. The tech was wonderful. The only thing I would like to mention is that she reeked of cigarette smoke. Although it made the visit a tad smelly and uncomfortable, she was pleasant and professional. I would have her service me any day minus the smell.
The lab suite is very clean and neat! The staff were friendly and helpful.
