The appointment went very smoothly! I was in and out in 5 minutes (with appointment). The phlebotomist that helped me was very nice and DID NOT hurt me. I didn't feel any pain at all! She made my day with her positive and calming smile.
Service was so fast I thought I was on the 10 minute oil change commercial. I checked in at 420pm. By 428pm I was in my truck and headed home.
The kiosk was quick and easy to use. I appreciated the screen that lets you know when you’re next in line. The waiting room was clean and quiet. The young lady who assisted me was charming and explained everything clearly. I apologize that I don’t remember her name, but she mentioned she had just moved to Texas.
