The customer service was excellent. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient.
My phlebotomist was nice and professional. She worked efficiently, but did not make me feel rushed. My appointment was at 9am, I got called back at 9:07, and was walking out the door at 9:11. I also appreciated that other phlebotomists would help elderly patients check-in if they had difficulty with the technology, and they were never rude or "annoyed" at the folks who moved more slowly. I would recommend this location, for sure!
Zero wait, what a treat! Tanya is SO kind quick professional and SKILLED! I get draws all the time and she is one of my favorites anywhere.
The technicians are professional and courteous. I do not like the "no" receptionist or the cold computer check-in. It probably saves $, but it is very impersonal.
