The phlebotomist, all of them, are the kindest most patient people on earth. There was a person in the waiting room without an appointment angry over having to wait and I watched the Quest employee calmly talk her off the ledge. They are always so helpful ( I was a walk in) and I've always been impressed by their skills as well (I am a retired Anesthesiologist).
AMAZING! No wait with appointment. Really nice staff! My tech Tinya took my blood and i felt nothing. And I’m a fainter. Beautiful, clean facilities, easy parking. First 30 minute is free, which was plenty for me and then after that was two dollars. I did not ask if they validated. Definitely don’t hesitate. Great place! I had a Monday morning 10:30 AM appointment and I went right in.
Rita, one of the lab techs was so patient with me. We had a few hiccups with my lab order and Insurance, but she took the time to figure it out. Thank you, Rita!
I do not recommend Quest Diagnostics. My experience was marked by unprofessional behavior and a concerning lack of basic patient rapport. There was confusion regarding the lab orders my doctor’s office had sent with me, and instead of working collaboratively to resolve it, the phlebotomists spoke down to me and could not come to a mutual decision on how to handle the situation. Went in to check my iron levels and I was in and out before my ride even found parking. The one woman I talked with was friendly, the space was clean, and the check in was easy. I got results the next morning. I'll be retuning to this location in the future! My experience was was based around a slower time of day. I intentionally picked an appointment slot that had no other bookings around. It was me and one other guy in the waiting room. I recommend doing this if you're able.
