Although the place was less than clean and well kept, the experience was positive.
The worst experience ever. I went in yesterday morning as a walkin with 1 person in front of me. The tech was on a 15 min break. He came back and went into his room for another several minutes before seeing 1 person. I waited almost an hour before leaving. I have consistently had positive experiences at this Quest location but today was amazing! It has been a lifelong issue getting blood drawn due to veins that are small and tend to roll away when the needle is inserted. I voiced my concerns and Joe listened and proceeded so gently that I barely felt it. He found the vein on the first try and we were done in no time at all. I'm so grateful and highly recommend him!
Everything was fine leading up to the actual blood draw. Made appointment and was called right around appointment time. It’s been over 4 days and I still have a bruise from where the technician took blood. I’ve had a lot of blood draws but none have left a bruise, let alone for this long. Gets the job done but I prefer Labcorp.
I love going to the Quest Lab inside Safeway at 2505 San Ramon Valley Blvd. San Ramon, Ca.! The phlebotomist, Joe, really knows what he is doing. I never even feel a pinch as he draws blood. He is efficient, fast and friendly. The lab is always clean and there is never a wait!
