Upon arrival, I was told that I would not be seen because I was a walk-in patient. However, Quest Diagnostics always accepts walk-ins even though appointments may be given priority. There was only one patient ahead of me and after that patient was finished, there still appeared to be sufficient time to complete my simple blood draw before the lunch closure. The phlebotomist drew blood painlessly
Appointments booked through 3rd party platforms don’t work here. You end up doing standby. Horrible experience.
Not taking walkins. Refused to see anyone in between appts. Called corporate they wouldn’t do anything Replaced that worker for quality reasons. The new worker says he was supposed to take walk-ins.
