Went to Quest at Safeway in San Ramon this morning. The guy working there was a very classic example of what it means to be biased. Works with a frown,and had this macho bravado going on.made my visit very uncomfortable. If you're white you shouldnt have a problem. Funny thing,he was a minority as well. Go figure.
Fast service an treated with respect and kindness
Upon arrival, I was told that I would not be seen because I was a walk-in patient. However, Quest Diagnostics always accepts walk-ins even though appointments may be given priority. There was only one patient ahead of me and after that patient was finished, there still appeared to be sufficient time to complete my simple blood draw before the lunch closure.
