I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. I arrived around 11:00 AM as a walk-in and checked in. There was only one patient scheduled around 11:10 AM. At approximately 11:07, the employee told me that he would not accept me because the location closes for lunch at 11:30 AM, even though there were still more than 20 minutes before the posted lunch closure. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a male employee who always looks pissed off and works with a negative expression. Makes the visit very uncomfortable and is very rude. This is my 3rd incident with this employee and has been reported before. On top of everything complains about his job and how there is too many people in the waiting room. Last time coming to this location never had experiences like this before at a quest
Went to Quest at Safeway in San Ramon this morning. The guy working there was a very classic example of what it means to be biased. Works with a frown,and had this macho bravado going on.made my visit very uncomfortable. If you're white you shouldnt have a problem. Funny thing,he was a minority as well. Go figure.
