I feel compelled to share what happened to my son and me at the Quest Diagnostics location we were referred to for his blood work, not once, but twice. This morning was absolutely heartbreaking. The technician attempting to draw his blood was not only incompetent, poking him multiple times without success, but also extremely rude and unprofessional.
