Facility is great! Clean, efficient and fast. I have never had to wait more than five minutes since taking appointments. Staff is for the most part, very friendly and competent.
I am very happy with the service at the Quest lab in Lapeer; however, I am frustrated with the poor software design of the portal. What is the purpose of dragging someone through the security process just to have them looped over & over again to repeat the process without feedback on what went wrong? I need to see my test results from 11-3-2025!
