The Lapeer location was very Friendly, Promp and Professional.
After scheduling an appt. and arriving 10 minutes early, I didn’t get into a room until 23 minutes after my appt time. Once in the room, there were two people, a phlebotomist and a trainee on the computer. The trainee took almost 15 minutes doing her tasks, while the phlebotomist took just 3 doing her job. Almost 60 minutes for a blood draw with an appointment. Please get it together and do better.
I did a walk in so I expected to wait a while, on the kiosk it said I wasn’t gonna have anything done until another hour! But five minutes goes by and they called me! I always have a hard time with blood draws but the lady was super nice and it was very painless and fast! I didn’t cry like a baby for once :)
I usually have a hard time with blood draws in terms of finding my veins. CC found it easily and was a great person. Great experience.
