After the self check-in kiosk failed to accept my initial scheduled appointment and my second scheduled appointment for the morning, I was able to reach a representative by phone who got me in for my lab work immediately. Syretta was very understanding, patient and professional in her handling of my situation. Thank you, Syretta, for turning an unpleasant experience around for me this morning!
Best blood draw experience I've had. Dega was kind, professional, great at her job. Clean, quiet facility, appointment was on-time. I'll drive the extra mile again to come back.
The system is very streamline which is nice but there is absolutely no access to a person until they call your name. I had an appointment this morning but their system went down and no one notified me that I should make other arrangements, these were fasting labs by the way. They are uncaring. They sent me to another location near by who had people waiting for over an hour. I waited for an associate to come out for another person just to talk to someone. Great experience at this location with a professional named Brenda. Best blood draw experience I have ever had. In my case, blood draws need to come from veins in my hand or wrist otherwise they bleed under the skin producing terrible hematomas and vein clots. Brenda stuck the vein perfectly and didn't even need to use a butterfly needle. Filled three tubes quickly, no bleeding, no problems, no damage to vein. I was in and out for a pre-employment drug screening in less than fifteen minutes. Staff was as friendly and informative with a professional demeanor. If you have a choice on what Quest to go to in this area, I would drive the extra mile for the experience that you'd normally dread.
