Quick, professional, friendly and comfortable
scheduling was down right awful, the kiosk is awful. The service and person doing the test was amazing.
Great loving care to draw my blood from Melanie, after several attempts at other places her kindness calmed my nerves to get me on my path to recovery. 🩹 Be a Melanie to someone in the world.
I came in with a blood work order for an out-of-state doctor, and the phlebotomist was having a little difficulty finding him in the system, but she very patiently kept looking and was able to locate him and proceed. She was very friendly about it and took care to make sure everything was coded correctly. I always have a great experience at this location.
The lady who took my blood samples is an excellent example of how it should be done, she was accurate, polite, and a great communicator!!!
