I was there at 9:30 a.m. I arrived without an appointment, but I was the second one to come through. And they never served us. There were about seven of us who came through. And they never served us. We only heard laughter inside, and at 11:30 a.m. they told us they still had more people, and that if it was 12 p.m. they wouldn't serve anyone. And they didn't serve us. They were very rude. I waited for nothing.
This place is very unprofessional. They only accept appointment and never call for standby. Some patients has been fasting and the lab tech they don't care. How unprofessional and very rude. They act as if patients with appointment are more important than standby. I have went to other Quest Lab whereby they accept both appointment and walk in and alternate in between. But this location haven't done that at all. It sad and heart broken 💔
Fast and professionally!
The walk in service at Mercy San Juan Downtown was exceptional. Imelda was very thorough and my Lab results were process for next day appointment.
I had an appointment and checked in and waited 40 minutes just for them to remove my appointment from the screen.
