Using the app was easy for the appointment and check in. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Thank You for getting me in and out so quickly every time!
Had a appointment today 12/15 @ 10:50am, arrived at 10:30, received the text to check in, checked in, watched EVERY Person walk in and out from 10:30-11:37AM, spoke with 2 staff members that said I see you in the schedule, did they ever take me back NO!! Waited OVER 1 Hour, Fasting, to be RUDELY Dismissed by the EMPLOYEES! They did this to another girl than was waiting too.
I had a quick and easy check in process and the woman that attended to me was kind, courteous and professional. I would definitely use this location again. Be aware that you have to check in using a sign in tablet that asks you a few questions and asks for your ID and insurance cards to be scanned if required. If you are not good with technology you may want to bring someone as I saw an older person struggle with the sign in process. Someone did come out to help but that could take time so be prepared. This is my 2nd time going to the Quest in Sanford and each time I am taken care of by Ms.Shelia. She is always very professional and kind and makes the process go very smooth. Each time I come I’m always nervous but she does great at calming me down. Thank you Ms.Shelia for all that you do!
