I always get fast, efficient service with a smile. The ease of check-in via the app was great. Best thing ever.
This visit I had the pleasure of having Naomi as my lab tech. In the past no matter where I went via hospital or lab no one has ever been able to get blood from me on the first stick because I am a considered a hard stick. Naomi got blood on the first attempt. She's also compassionate, shows empathy and very comforting. The entire staff at quest diagnostic is amazing but I have to give extra gratitude to Naomi.
