The Parking is fine now, you don't need to pay for parking anymore. Sometimes it does take a while for them to call me back to get my blood drawn, but they are overall professional and from I have personally experienced, very friendly.
They charge parking fees for anything over 15 min if you don't want to pay parking you can walk up the hill. Quest does not validate your parking either
