I scheduled an appointment ahead of time , the website is very easy to navigate, when you walk in they have a check in computer that has different language options, you scan your ID and good to go. The tech was extremely kind , and was making sure I feel comfortable during and before the procedure. I am very used to being in hospitals , that wasn't a worry for me but if you are nervous they will make sure to take care of you. I also like their package deals more than LabCorp. Wish I could rate zero. My lab draw typically takes less than five minutes. I was out of town and arrived into this office as a walk-in with no one in the waiting room/lab. The lab tech told me she had a full schedule and could not draw my one lab test, even though no one else was there. Even had the time to tell me what other locations I could drive to. But no time to draw my lab.
