Terrible. Woman on phone yacking away on speaker phone - persona call - but sign says they won’t take walk ins even after I signed in. My second time with this pathetic service.
I chose "walk in" when I scheduled my labs online. I also noticed most Quest Diagnostics near me have horrible reviews so I chose this one as being in the nicest neighborhood and hoping for the best. I arrived more than 30 minutes before their scheduled closure for lunch. One person was in the lobby waiting for her husband. I checked in on the kiosk (which I expected based on reviews) and took a seat. My wife and I have had tremendous appointments at the Quest Mason Montgomery Rd. location over the years. We highly recommend for any blood testing needs you may have in the future.
Wont be back. People are rude. If they are so busy and frustrated, change the policy to appointments only. Avoid
Garbage company that is an embarassment in the medical field. Staff are incredibly rude and act as if you are doing them a favor. No company should use them for blood work. What a joke.
