Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’d suggest going anywhere else.
This location does not answer their phone and does not stay open according to the hours listed. My husband followed up with a doctor’s order for a blood draw; he arrived at 2:30 to find that the office was locked up and dark even though it was supposed to be opened until 3pm. I called to follow up about this but their mailbox is full!
Very rude, signed in as a walk-in which it clearly states. About 5 minutes later she comes out and very rudely says. If you don’t have an appointment you need to leave because I am not taking any walk ins today gave hateful looks and walked back in. She only had two appointments it was clearly on the board. We were there at 9:30 am.
Rude Staff and False Information I came to this Quest Diagnostics location because their website clearly says they do drug screens and that walk-ins are welcome. When I arrived, the two women at the front desk were immediately rude and short with me, asking over and over, “What do you need? What are you here for?” When I explained that the website sent me here for a drug screen, they snapped back with, “We don’t do drug screens and haven’t in five years. Horrible customer service. Their computer was down and didn't call Quest and tell them to cancel appts, drove 40 minutes roundtip for nothing!
