Came in for testing for a work wellness exam. Was told it would take 3-5 business days for results (as stated on their website) My husband got his the next business day. Today is business day 11 and I have yet to receive my results. Whenever I call I get a run around from the phone staff, was first told on the 5th business day my results were being finalized, was told on the 7 business day that my tests had not been completed and she would put in a ticket.
