Poor customer service.
Shelly the tech was an absolute nightmare. She was short, rude, and abrupt. She told us she was going to lunch in 4 minutes and didn’t want to call fed ex for the pick up we needed. My son anticipated this lab draw all week, was nervous and she was incredibly rude and ready to check out and go to lunch. I asked for a co worker, and she said he was new and wouldn’t know how to do a kit draw and that fed ex may or may not pick up in time so it’s “up to you”. I am a healthcare worker, aware of what common practice it should be… This place does not wipe down the arm trays inbetween patients. This could cause people to contract blood borne illnesses from other patients. Blood splatters are not always visible and they should be cleaning the arm trays between each patient. Every time I have come here, they are running very behind, and the staff complain about being short staffed. I’m giving the location 3 stars because the customer service here is bad. The lady that drew my blood looked and sounded like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. Aside from the bad customer service, this place has a quick turn around on results. Anytime I’ve gone, i get my results back within a day or two at max. This past week, I went in for a lipid panel, cbc, metabolic, and urine test at 8am. I was out by 815 and received an email that the results were available on MyQuest by 9am the following day. Don't bother going without an appointment. I was ten minutes late for mine which is totally my fault, but they don't even try and squeeze you in. They are only open until 330 so super hard to make it in if you have a job.
