First time in 60 years I have had someone hurt me while taking my blood, leaning on me, and still a week later a bruise that is continuing to grow. The technician was like a robot without emotion or care. I will never return to that facility. I told him he was hurting me by leaning on my arm, literally touching me, and he did not stop. There was something wrong with this man.
So easy, nice people...well done Quest!
