The visit and service was great. Trying to reach some prior to the visit to verify information was IMPOSSIBLE! The phone tree doesn't work, tells you to select extensions that don't work and there is no other way to contact anyone.
: Jazmine was an amazing Phlebotomist. She was professional, patient, caring and considerate. I had several test and was worried about taking the h pylori due to digestive issues. Jazmine was so patient. It should be noted that I saw her helping an elderly lady that was in needed of assistance in the lobby. Also, it was Friday and there were around 40 people in the lobby and Jazmine was as cool and (super efficient) as a cucumber!! Thank you so much. I have never left a review for Quest.
This was my first visit to Quest, the young lady who drew my blood (RaNique) was very professional. With me, it is usually difficult to draw blood. However, RaNique was nice, kind and very patient. She also shared valuable information with me for future visits, such as drinking lots of water, etc. This was a very positive experience for me. She was very supportive and understanding. Excellent Customer Service!
FACILITY WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND SERENA W. DREW MY BLOOD DIDN'T FEEL A THING!!! SHE WAS GREAT!!!
Had a great tech which for me is important! Marissa was patient and friendly. My only complaint with Quest is I can't request a tech or explain to someone I need a more experienced person. Great location too
