I forgot the technicians name but she was great, knew what she was doing, and did it well. She also had a relaxing personality, which helps a crybaby like me. 😊
Janice was amazing!!!! Her skills were on point and I'm a hard stick. Very quick, thorough and painless. She stuck me in a vein that nobody usually attempts unless they are very good because you can't see it. You have to feel the vein. Only issue with this facility, was it smelt like poop inside. Maybe someone had an accident. I heard someone ask for room deodorizer. Hopefully, it doesn't smell like that all the time. Quests should go back to front desk personel. I checked in for my confirmed appointment 10mins prior. Opted to wait outside. I didn't get a text to come in it's time, as the kiosk said it should. I entered 2mins after my time, still no text. I looked at the board (screens), I wasn't on it, future appointments and standby was there. I waited 40mins before returning to kiosk to ask for assistance. Waited 20mins for someone, no one came out, only staff calling patients; I'm no going to interfere with others getting their stuff ... read more
really appreciate this location for opening early and running everything so efficiently. The staff are kind, skilled, and very professional. My visit was quick, precise, and right on time. Excellent service from start to finish.
