The guy who drew my 2 year olds blood was great. Very patient and sweet with him. He didn’t even cry because he was so distracted by his funny faces and talking.
Kelly was extremely rude. When I told her i recieved a hematoma from her on my prior visit she snaped at me and said " I didn't give you not hematoma. " She could of used this information as a learning experience instead she was very rude to me.
Got there early and got in early. Very easy.
Carlos was the best flabottomist I've ever met. I was so nervous because I have small, hard-to-find veins and most flabottomists poke me several times and blow my veins. Carlos was kind, gentle, calming, and he did a perfect job on the first try. He let me lay down on the bed, which prevented me from passing out. He was patient and caring. I'll request him every time from now on!
All good except for how long it took to be called back. I had an appointment (easily scheduled online days before), showed up about 10 minutes early, immediately checked in using the link texted to me, but still did not get called back for about 30 minutes. The process, however, overall is very good and smooth. Much better than what it replaced, which was rather clunky. Also, the person who took my blood was very good. She found a vein quickly and easily. Very little discomfort on my part.
