They never have a human answering the phone and a stupid robot limited to what it wants to say. A nightmare!
I was initially seen by Pache in room#4 and since the very first moment she had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards me. When I told her I was scared of needles but that I was going to do my best she yelled at me a couple of times: What do you mean you will do your best?! Ra’nique did my blood draw yesterday and she was quick and painless. Wait time was minimal.
First and last time at Quest. No counter for check in, only kiosk's so I could not ask a question about checking in and no bathroom in the waiting room. I was only there for a urine test (it was impossible to get early am appointment like I needed urgently for infection) and it became so painful to hold it (I was there for 30+ minutes) I finally left and went to Labcorp without an appointment and was done in 3 minutes. I would not go back to any Quest ever again if that's how they run them.
I got my blood drawn over a month ago. I don't have the results, my doctors doesn't have them, they are not in the Portal. If you try to call the phone number, options 6 and 7 (to talk to a person) are not working and not valid options.
