Quest Diagnostics is a joke! I do not like to rant but when it comes to my health that’s it. Just because I let a past due balance go to collections they refuse to take me. Even though I have insurance now that will cover this new invoice 100% they can only say “there’s nothing I can do”. Great. I’ve been trying so hard to get a new blood draw since May of this year, it’s requested by my Rheumatologist and is essential to my ongoing chronic illnesses. Quest wanted over $3k in cash paid up front for my new labs. They even printed out a price sheet. One test alone was over $1000! Obviously I can’t pay it but I don’t give up so easily... so I just got back from another lab called CPL (Clinical Pathology Laboratories) and they were so kind and helpful it was like night and day. They were happy to take my lab request over and crossed out quests name and I paid them barely over $200 cash for the same EXACT lab work they wanted $3000 for!! About ten vials of blood and a pee sample. $3000 Quest, REALLY?! Why such inflation?? Why fight your clients who clearly need health care services? Let your collections agency fight for your past due balance! My new insurance would have paid that $3k too which is even more sad. I’m glad now they refused me. Now I’m refusing to ever use their services for me or my children and I will not forget this experience and the anxiety it’s caused me for months! This world makes me sick sometimes the way we treat each other like we’re worth nothing. We’re all human and need to be treated better! What happened to dignity and respect??

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR CARD NUMBER. They'll keep charging you WEEKS after you go and already pay! Then they won't ever call you back!

My poor review is regarding billing. My husband was there and paid bills up to date, now I still receiving bills , I went into their website and register , they do not give you an option for payment history or billing history. I call and they told me I have to write a letter and mail it to a PO box. They would not give me a ledger of all my payments. Are you kidding me? how I this possible if I have an account I should be able to see all my bills , and the ones I already paid! a completely disaster!

Bad service when you came in to this place the only receptionist they have is in a bad mood, they have few staff members, long waiting for a simple check up and the room is full of people waiting for hours, this place don't offers a good customer service, be prepared to be there for half day if you are lucky...use your patience.

I was treated very poorly and disrespectful. It's like they hated their job and felt as if they were better than everyone they were supposed to be helping. Do not go here

lab having blood drawn sometimes isnt fun but these people are very careful at what they do they made sure that you are comfortable make sure that everything in place so they only have to draw the blood once and get it all done the staff were all trained very well and were very much on the people being happy as well as doing a wonderful good
