I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment on the weekend so that I could avoid taking time off from work. Lexie was incredible! She calmed my anxiety, knew how to find the right vein so that the blood draw was unbelievably painless and did not even leave a bruise! Is there a rating higher than five stars? She deserves it as does this location. THANK YOU!
The waiting room was not terribly welcoming, and there were no human receptionists; just tablets that were there for signing in and a bunch of signs and a plastic covid screen. One senior citizen who was there when I was needed help signing in. If he was there by himself he would be still waiting for help. When I signed in I was told the next available appointment would be 2+ hours later, but thankfully that turned out to not be true as I was seen in just a few minutes. I made an appointment a few days in advance online. I showed up about 5 minutes early, checked in and was called back in a timely manner. Phlebotomist was kind and professional. I was in and out easily with zero issues. It is highly encouraged to make appointments over walking in and I think that’s the way to go!
