NO RECEPTIONIST!! there's only tablets to check in on so i waited for someone to walk by the window. rudely she asked if i needed help. I was told by my doctor to go in with my papers just to pick up a urine jug for at home collecting that i would then have to bring in for testing. despite the paper work and me explaining, the lady rudely made me make a walk in appointment and i waited for an hour then finally said something when the phlebotomist walked by because i knew this wasn't right. she then took my papers and checked... read more
The nurse did not do her job well and she did hurt my arm by letting it blue until now it’s painful
My wife and I had appointments at the same time at this location. She checked me in easily and then could not check herself in (it was not past our appointment time). Our appointment time was 10/2 at 1:10 pm; she received an email on 10/2 at 5:56 pm that her results were available on the Quest site. It is now 10/5 at 7:27pm and there are still no results on the site.
Horrible sat in lobby for pre employment screening lobby was emptied 2 times they don't even have a receptionist at the front for questions this place was garbage
