Aloof staff who don't give good instructions and cause blown veins with even small blood tests. My fiance had to visit this location twice and it's unfortunate that people are referred here. The staff are not friendly and don't give good instructions for how to do self collection for certain tests. As someone who has had many blood tests and donated blood several times and only had one blown vein, I am unsure how they managed to blow a vein with such a small needle and such a small amount of blood. Worked great! Seen at scheduled time. Appointment only took about 5 minutes.
Disappointing service . Did not care I was in the waiting room for 2 hours and walk ins without appointments were being attended to before me. They just told me they go by what the computer picks. I seen walk ins with no appointments wait 30/40 mins and get helped before me was very frustrating. I kept telling them hey they are walk ins and they came after me and staff said the system picked their name first nothing they can do about it.
