The woman. who took my blood was the best I have ever experienced. Her name is something like Lichan. I'm certain I am misspelling it, but I hope you attribute this praise to her. She was efficient, virtually painless, only one prick, and no bruising. Excellent.
Nice people working there. No customer service and nobody working the desk. They are under staffed. Tablet check in loses connection or lack of confirmation upon check in. I would not rely on the wait in your car method, as might be skipped. There were people standing in the waiting room as well. Quest needs to do better and stop relying on automation and AI when people are more suited for the job.
