I have used this Quest Diagnostic before and they are great! There is on inside Frederick Internal Medicine! The reason for the electronic pads is to speed up the process for checking in!
I had an appointment set @ 9:10am. I arrived at 9:00am & checked in. I was not taken back until 9:30am & completed at 9:40am after all test were fulfilled. My main issue was that I had a 10:00am apointment in Emmitsburg that ran late due to the appointment time not being met. Their were 1 - 9am that was taken at 9:20am and 3 other NON-appointment patients that were taken back between 9:15 & 9:30 in front of myself. Respectfully Submitted; Charles P Hawley

I was cared for by two technicians during my appointment on June 17th. Holly (The pretty one) and Ian (The tall one) were very personable, experienced and professional. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The procedure went smooth and I was in and out in a short period of time. I like the new ( I think it’s new) check in process that is a push of a link on your cell phone. Well done Holly and Ian.
