Three people ahead of me even though I was on time for my appointment
I usually have no issue at this Quest location. Been using it repeatedly for the past 3 years. But today, I had the bad luck of being attended by Nya, who could not process my insurance (never been a problem at this location or others), claiming that she needs a PO Box for an OOS insurance (my card doesn’t have one, and I’ve never been asked before), and refusing to ask other employees for help. After I left your clinic, there was blood pouring down my arm and dripping down my pinky. I went back into the clinic and yelled for help, but nobody came.
