No appointment? They will not see you — even if appointments don’t show up. I was informed by lady I would ONLY be seen if someone canceled. She claimed they’re overbooked I understand how this can benefit employees but this is terrible for the customer. All the staff at the Oakland Quest was so nice! (Unlike the staff at another company's lab that I visited recently.) I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby and told where I could sign in. The other patients were also treated well, which made me happy
