After I left your clinic, there was blood pouring down my arm and dripping down my pinky. I went back into the clinic and yelled for help, but nobody came.

Don't come here. They never have appointments you won't be seen. Even if your sample is time sensitive and they won't tell you you won't be seen until it's closing time and they "don't have any more appointments" so they make you wait for an hour or longer for nothing.
