The location is very accessible. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I love the young lady who assisted me. She could tell I was nervous and she was very reassuring. And what do you know...I didn't feel a thing!!
I went in for an appointment, made sure to come 10minutes before my appointment. When the time came for my appointment they didnt call me. Instead my name was removed from the waiting. As I ask the lady why they still havent called me 20 minutes after my appointment time was, she interrupted me and said no walk ins. With a nasty snarling attitude. Waiting room is a hole. No desk no restroom... kiosk to torture yourself on what is supposed to be a service. Advertisements running non stop to garuntee any wait is insanity inducing and they are famous for long waits. This is what you get from late stage capitalism interfacing with the medical industry.... run.... Far away. Elect politicians who make this stuff illegal retroactively.
The quality has gone down the last few years. I could always walk in and wait for a little bit before being seen. Now even with an appointment I have to wait for half an hour or longer. The screen shows only 2 people are being seen. Either the staff are incompetent or each screening has grown exponentially longer in time. I'm going to switch to LabCorp going forward.
Great service and super fast if you make an appointment in advance. The lab results were delivered next day. Very efficient.
