The BEST phlebotomist I have EVER encountered. Efficient, absolutely painless, and a sense of humor. Give this man a raise!! I hope he's there the next time I need to get bloodwork.
Grace is one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever had. Gave me heat pads to bring out my hard to find veins, true professional, kind and patient too!
Made online appointment - 1 minute Wait time. Grace, at 3300 Webster St. Oakland location, was my phlebotomist - SHE IS OUTSTANDING! She listened to my input (need a butterfly needle because my veins are small, and I needed to be told she was done only after the needle was completely removed and bandage applied, because I have fainted in the past at the sight of my own blood), and she executed the blood draw with virtually NO PAIN thank you so much!
