2025_0513 Couldn't get an appointment. Walked in after 800AM. Checked in at Kiosk. Got an appointment for 1100AM. Waited in Waiting Room. Saw Senior Quest Phlebotomist at door; said, "Hi." Was taken back for 4 tests blood draw about 30 minutes later. No pain during "stick". 2 vials filled. Got results back in 24 hours. Good job, Quest!
Lab Quest was very easy to use. I checked in on my phone. It was easy to find. The employee was very nice. She did a great job! We waited for a little past our appointment time, but it wasn't too bad. Very easy process.
Booked the appointment online on Friday. Got a prompt confirmation. Close to my home in Fairfax City; walked over, checked in, and was seen promptly on time. The phlebotomist, Rubia, was pleasant, competent, and quick. Also painless, which isn’t always the case. Others may have had a bad experience, but mine (even allowing for the fact that NO ONE enjoys getting stuck) was excellent.
I had a fantastic experience getting my blood work done here. Phlebotomist Gulzira was professional and did an excellent job!
