Impressed with ease of scheduling, check-in process, on-time service, and rapid turn-around to receive results! This is my consistent experience with Quest over a period of 5-10 years.
Update: going from 5 stars to 3 stars. I showed up to my appointment this morning only to be met with a sign in the door saying the office was closed today. They if course didn't bother contacting me in any way to let me know not to waste my time coming in. I had zero problems making an appointment, I only waited a few minutes to be seen, and the phlebotomist was skilled at her job, I have no complaints.
2 lazy ladies didn’t take us an hour and a half before close with one other client, straight laziness
The techs were professional and efficient. I was treated promptly and with care. I also liked that it was 10 minutes from my house. Very clean. Thank you ladies for all your help!
