They were quick and fast with the service
The technician, Tam, wax extremely friendly and professional. I did not feel the needle.
Service depends on the technician and is therefore inconsistent. Despite my negative comments, I have not received a response from a customer success representative. This makes me think, do you really care about the quality and consistency of customer service?
