Easy to find, parking is good. Wait was not too long. Staff are helpful, professional and courteous. I like quest because I can order tests and get labs I want done. Results are available quick, app is good.
The young lady who was my phlebotomist was the best person who has ever taken my blood. I have small veins and I felt no pain at all and it was done quickly. She was professional and pleasant.
The test I scheduled employment for was apparently missing documentation or expired and I could not do the test. The person during the blood was uniquely unhelpful, and aggressively pushed a card into my hand so I could purchase another test without apology; wasn't her fault, wasn't quest's fault, doctors problem, simply didn't care about me wasting 90 minutes of a work day just to be told I must spend hundreds of dollars. Horrible experience with the staff. My labs were ordered online however the staff wanted me to provide a physical copy of that order. Went back to my car got the after was a summary, even though she could see all the orders on her computer. After that, she asked for my insurance card, and pulled up the insurance card on my phone and then she says you need to bring a physical copy.
