Very fast .
Came with an appointment. Was in and out in less than 10mins. Nurse was skilled and blood draw was painless

The location was convenient. Parking was easy. Booking appointment was quick and easy. Check-in was great and easy. The staff was skillful. But, the waiting was long even I had an appointment scheduled. It ran 45 minutes late that caused the delay for my next schedule.
I had an appointment for lab work earlier today and had to return with an additional specimen. You can’t make two appointments on the same day in the system, so I was forced to wait around for hours to return it. They wouldn’t even keep it on ice initially while I waited (even though it could only be off ice for an hour). This is the stupidest and most ridiculous process I have ever seen.
