Very sweet and compassionate for someone that hates needles.
I appreciate the check-in text upon arrival of appointment.
I love this lab. It is conveniently located in Willow Glen, parking is easy and before the appointment it is very simple to check in on your phone or on the kiosk. The staff are professional and friendly too
