Professional, very quick if you have an appointment
I have appointment but still wait 40 mins. That’s not acceptable.

Highly skilled at venipuncture (phlebotomy). This holds true for most phlebotomists you get. I never feel anything, just a tiny needle poke at the beginning. The office waiting room is clean, well organized, and self check-in is quick and easy. Myquest website is really useful when comparing past and present test results, very very nice tool if you've been going to Quest for a long time and you have an extensive test history.
Never go to this Quest Diagnostics, even if you have an appointment the wait is ridiculous and the employees are unprofessional!
