My first visit to Quest was on 12/03/2025. Overall, my initial impression was positive. I deducted one star because my phlebotomist, while very friendly and kind, drew my blood a bit roughly. It was the most painful blood draw I’ve ever had, and I was sore immediately afterward. Ive done multiple blood draws for test and donations, but this one left me very sore. I really don't like it here. I am in quest all the time and this one makes you wait so long. One of their 3 check in tablets is always down. I was held passed my 10min grace period once because a person occupied 1 tablet for over 20mins and received no help from staff. When I asked to be seen after finally getting attention from a staff member when a patient came out they told me I had to sign in as a walk in even though they hadn't even started my time block of appointments yet. The team at this Quest Diagnostics location was extremely professional and caring; I chose this site because of its high Google rating, and it truly showed—they walked me through the process with kindness, especially knowing I don’t like needles, and made the entire experience quick, comfortable, and genuinely appreciated.
I set an appointment 2 days prior. They took me 15 minutes early. Very busy! Organized, clean, easy going, professional! My blood technician was awesome and gentle! Thank you Pink for your professionalism!
With the pre-arranged appointment time, I was able to get my blood drawn quickly. The nurse was most helpful and attentive. She is the best!
