The experience was beyond wonderful; was called within minutes of appointment time, the phlebotomist was curious and friendly....no pain at all. Wonderful experience.

So my mom was asked to get a blood test done by her doctor, and this was the closest quest diagnostics center. We made the appointment online a few days ago, and went on the day of the appointment. We checked in, waited, and were called when it was our turn; They only went a few minutes past our appointment time, but there were a lot of people before us, so it made sense.
