This is the first time we had someone coming over to draw blood for my mother. She used to go to a Quest location to do that. The technician was not experienced. She caused pain and unnecessary waste of blood. My mom had big bruises on both arms.
Horrible service. You need an attendant at the front. Waited 2 and half hours to find out that I should have put in for the walk in list instead of my appointment. Of course an attendant would have helped. Once I got in they told me to go back to the waiting room to email the requisition form to be printed out so I waited an additional 30 min. Again an attendant would have helped. What a waste of time and total disaster of an experience.

Only one iPad for check in was working told to come back to drop of a urine sample but wasnt told I had to wait for almost an hour before leave after being told I had 23 people ahead of me and couldnt just drop off the sample.
Linda was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and so calming. I enjoyed my time there thanks to her ! She explained everything she was doing and was so gentle. Thank you Linda
