The worst QUEST LABS location. I have a condition for which I have to test 1-multiple times a month depending on the test results. I have been their customer for 5 years now. Recently moved to SJ and found out the staff here is horrible. Rude, inconsiderate, dismissive and really do not care about patients. Everytime I go with my standing order they point out something that is “missing” from the order but really was never required ever before. It was very fast. I got to there just waiting for two minutes and the lady called me inside, 2 mins everything was done , very professional and friendly.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to argue and ignore me, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Their lack of manager service and basic courtesy is unacceptable. If you value your time and dignity, avoid this place at all costs. I will never be using their services again.
