Hoffman Estates has the most ignorant woman working there. I was in there as a walk-in at 4pm. I seen 3 patients get called in for appointments. When the "nurse" comes out to get the fourth patient, she asked me if I had an appointment. Told her I was a walk-in and she started to challenge me on that. Said that they close at 4:30 and they take their last appointment at 4:20, which it was almost 4:20. I showed up to my appointment without the blood work order due to a mixup with my physicians office. Stephanie was very understanding and worked with me to keep my appointment while I worked with my physicians office to fax over the order. She was very kind and professional and did a great job which is why I was very satisfied with my entire experience with Quest.
Jonathan is awesome. He is so fast, efficient, and confident. I normally dread blood draws because my veins are small and normally difficult- lots of pokes and pain. Jonathan has gotten it on the first try every time (2 for 2!). I like the reservation and check in system, too. Getting labs used to be miserable but now it’s not so bad. Thanks!
I made an appointment a week prior and after arriving and checking in via the text they sent me, I waited another 15 mins before realizing the appointment was “not found” in their system even thought I checked in. So I had to do a “walk in” appointment. Once they got me back there the person couldn’t find the orders under my physicians name. I showed him the order on my phone and gave diagnosis and CPT codes and all and still wouldn’t accept. He said my prescription had to be printed out. I asked if I could email it and he c... read more
