Wonderful experience! I am very nervous with getting blood taken and there was an intern, who was supervised, taking my blood and she did a wonderful job! No bruising, which usually happens for me, and both ladies were so kind!
Don't go here, the lab techs have such a bad attitude and don't care about patients and the fact that they could be scared getting their blood drawn. I didn't get the name of the tech unfortunately but she was young with black hair, she gets some sort of sick satisfaction stabbing people with NEEDLES. This place seriously needs a management change - hire nicer people who actually care!
Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the young lady who helped me but she was amazing! She had pleasant conversation to divert my attention away from what she was doing and she was a pro, didn't even feel it! Seriously!!
I took an elderly gentleman there today 6/13/25 The tech called his name- I advised the gentleman that he could go in- the tech said Im going to need your help - I explained that I am not his caregiver just gave him a ride- the tech said “ well you are here with him so you are a caregiver right now right?! Then she answered before I could , “right!” I couldn’t believe it!!!!
