I was taken in at the arranged appointment time. The young lady drawing my blood was efficient. Especially since drawing my blood is very difficult. But wait: “TOILET OUT OF ORDER”. when my KIDNEY doctor needs urine sample. Then made to go home, make another appointment to bring it back and the website won’t let me do it!!!
