Got a hematoma from blood draw
Asia was the only person friendly and professional. I came in for blood work they said their system was down and I asked if they would still be able to do mine since it was ordered by the VA. She went to the back and said yes they recieved a fax and handed me the order. After an hour I finally got in a chair and im assuming it was a supervisor but she said they can't do the labs because they dont have a policy number, I said all the info is on the order and there is contact info if they additional information.
