Sydney went above and beyond for me today. It’s been my 3rd visit in 2 weeks and my doctor failed to submit a correct order form each time. Sydney got on the phone today and didn’t hang up until that order was sitting in her inbox. She went to bat for me, and I truly appreciated the service she provided.
