The lady that took care of me was very polite Very professional and always welcomed me with a smile. The time was excellent. I didn’t have to wait long at all and it’s always so clean.
I am always treated with respect. They are caring, competent, and professional. I will ONLY use Quest Diagnostic as my go-to.I Always feel positive with each visit. I would recommend that you schedule your appointment. They are very busy, and it might take awhile for Walk-In Patients.
Я была сегодня первый раз в этом отделении Quest и я уже знаю, что в следующий раз поеду сюда же. Достаточно парковочных мест, внутри холл и зал ожидания чистый, свежий, просторный. Два компьютера для чекина, задержки с приемом по времени у меня не было, а флеботомист очень профессиональный. Она показала мне все данные которые вписывала чтобы сверить и даже после сбора крови я проверила свои пробирки чтобы не было ошибки. Очень милая девушка, спасибо ей и спасибо за чистоту и стерильность в кабинетах.
I came in to drop off a sample. I had an appointment through the app. I came in and put in my information. The automated system put me on standby. Then the techs started telling me that they won't be taking any standbys. I showed them my confirmed appointment. They said that they would still take me. An hour and a half goes by. I waited. Then the tech came out and told me that since I was on standby I'd have to wait until all the other people that had appointments would be taken first.
